Angelike Nestorides is a partner at N&A Law Firm specializing in real estate law, civil, commercial and corporate law, litigation & arbitration, M&As and Gaming.
Angelike has advised numerous foreign investors on a plethora of real estate acquisition and development projects throughout Greece, project finance, mergers, equity acquisitions, corporate structuring, and corporate governance. In this context, she has performed due diligence work, drafted legal opinions, negotiated and drafted SPAs, shareholder agreements, project financing agreements and related ancillary agreements. She has also advised on privatization and PPP projects.
Angelike also has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial transactions involving both local and international businesses including commercial leases, agreements for the sale of goods, supply of services, franchise, distribution, agency, joint ventures, asset acquisitions, royalty, licensing, employment and financing, security and asset acquisition agreements.
Angelike has successfully handled commercial, corporate, civil, labor and intellectual property litigation before the Greek courts of all levels, where she has represented both local and international clients in a wide variety of matters, including compulsory enforcement issues. She has represented hotel chains, franchisors, real estate developers, a multinational oil & gas company, a number of fashion companies in a variety of disputes as well as periodicals in commercial litigation for trademark infringement both before the civil and administrative courts and for unfair competition claims. Angelike has also handled a number of arbitration cases. She successfully represented the Hellenic Republic against the Athens International Airport in LCIA arbitration in London regarding a tax dispute, the Romanian former State Tourism Organization in ICC arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland regarding a financing agreement dispute, a major construction group in ICC arbitration in Paris, France regarding a construction project dispute in Kuwait, and a represented a media print company in an international arbitration dispute before the Athens Chamber of Commerce involving termination of a contract.
Angelike’s expertise also extends to Gaming, where she advises on compliance issues with respect to the applicable Gaming and AML/FT regulations. She has represented remote gaming operators, gaming software manufacturers, affiliates and certification organizations in their dealings with the Hellenic Gaming Commission, and with respect to their licensing and certification requirements.
Angelike is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Greece.
